We had a busy weekend cooking for  Bob and Nicky's wedding on Saturday.  Congratulations to you both.  
While cooking for this Mike and Lee fed some hungary sailors that Alex Renton brought to eat with us. Thank you for this lovely write up on Trip Advisor yesterday.

Washed up in Lochaline after a Force 6 sail across from Oban, we were blown away by the food and welcome at The Whitehouse. Seafood chowder to warm any sailor, perfectly cooked lamb "from nose to tush" and fresh fish to die for. Thanks especially to Danielle for putting up with 8 smelly old sea dogs and our efforts to drink you dry of kelpie beer. Hope Bob's wedding went well.

4th April 2014 is an important day!

Not becasue it is International Carrot Day but becasue we reopen for the 2014 season with Mike and Lee back in the kitchen. This assumes they make it through customs with all the incredible spices they have hand picked while in India.  I hope the sniffer dogs can tell the difference between the finest saffron and other products from Goa!
